SquatCoach is a single minded form-checking app that teaches you how to squat properly, in 5 easy steps:

1. Strap your phone to your thighs (or put it in a tight pocket).
2. Start your squats.
3. When you reach the perfect depth, the phone vibrates, telling you that you are at good form.
4. When complete, SquatCoach tells you how you did, and you can take actions on the results.
5. Repeat, and compare how you score. Can you get all your reps perfect?

By vibrating when you hit a good depth and with correct form, SquatCoach leaves you free to concentrate on your squat technique.

If you have ever suffered knee pain from squatting, its because you are squatting wrong. A feature of SquatCoach is to tell you if you are wobbling your knees when you squat. This feature allows the lifter to correct his or her form on a set-by-set basis.

SquatCoach also counts your reps for you, and provides you a point for your gaze to be fixed on when squatting, improving your form. At the end of your set, SquatCoach shows you your training statistics, and you can use that to improve your squats.
